UPB launches its own digital platform for the ERASMUS+ incoming mobilities
The platform facilitates the enrolment process for international students who want to study at UPB through ERASMUS+ program.
This action supports the EU Digital Education Action Plan 2021-2027 and the objectives regarding the digitalization and standardization of the administrative processes in higher education institutions by connecting to Erasmus Without Paper (EWP).
UPB is one of the first Romanian universities who joined the EWP Network by using the Erasmus Dashboard. The action also follows the UPB Strategy regarding the digitalization of the educational and administrative processes.
The Erasmus Without Paper project plays a central role in the European Commission’s European Student Card Initiative, a key initiative of the European Education Area. As part of this initiative, the Commission has announced that all higher education institutions participating in the Erasmus+ programme will gradually have to start using the Erasmus Without Paper Network/Dashboard to exchange student mobility data with other higher education institutions participating in the new programme.
