POLITEHNICA Bucharest participates in BMI Global Student Fair LATAM 2026

Between 28 February and 2 March 2026, the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest participated in the BMI Global Student Fair LATAM 2026, an international education fair held in Mexico City.

The university was represented by Mr. Cristian Flutur, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Automation and Computer Science, and Mrs. Oana Dinu, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Transport. During the event, the POLITEHNICA Bucharest representatives promoted the university’s academic programmes and engaged with prospective students interested in pursuing higher education in Romania.

Participation in the fair provided an opportunity to present POLITEHNICA Bucharest’s educational offer to an international audience, strengthen its visibility in the Latin American region and engage with prospective students and potential partners.

The university’s participation was organized within the project “Romania towards 2030: Increasing International Relevance through the Internationalization of Higher Education”, implemented by UEFISCDI in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Research.

The initiative contributes to the university’s broader efforts to strengthen its international presence and expand opportunities for international cooperation and student recruitment.
