POLITEHNICA Bucharest and Honeywell Romania launched the first edition of PoliSPORT!

On November 9, 2024, POLITEHNICA Bucharest, in collaboration with Honeywell Romania, organized the first edition of PoliSPORT, an inspiring event dedicated to promoting sports, well-being, and unity within the academic community.

PoliSPORT offered participants the chance to engage in ten diverse competitions, fostering collaboration, determination, and a healthy lifestyle. The sporting events included:

- Athletics: Cross

- Team Sports: Volleyball (Mixed), Football (4+1), Basketball (3x3)

- Racket Sports: Football Tennis (Doubles), Table Tennis, Tennis

- Board Games: Backgammon, Chess, Bridge

The event welcomed over 800 enthusiastic participants, showcasing their passion and determination in an atmosphere brimming with energy and positivity. The success of this first edition of PoliSPORT marks the beginning of a tradition that will continue to grow, fostering an active, engaged, and united community.
