UN Climate Change Conference (COP28)

Between 6th and 10th of December 2023, Professor Florin Nemtanu, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Transports, represented the university at the UN Climate Change Conference (COP28), in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Professor Florin Nemțanu participated as a speaker in the event “Decarbonizing the Nile & Valley and Danube Delta Ecosystems: Challenges and Innovative Solutions”, and in a series of events and discussions with the main objective of strengthening the collaboration with the international partners in order to carry out joint projects and actions in the directions of sustainability and climate change.
