Francophone Achievements at POLITEHNICA Bucharest

Mr. Mihnea Costoiu, the rector of National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, received the National Order of "Faithful Service" in the rank of Officer, conferred by the President of Romania, Klaus Werner Iohannis, as a sign of high appreciation for his outstanding contribution to promoting Romania's image internationally.

The POLITEHNICA Bucharest community has made significant efforts in recent years to promote the opportunities that Romania offers to international citizens. This has become visible not only through the launch of the Francophonie House in Romania but also through numerous educational and research projects through which we seek to bring as many talented young people to the country as possible.

Congratulations also to Mr. Gigel Paraschiv, Vice-Rector of the university and Secretary of State within the Ministry of Education, for the distinction received at the Ceremony - the National Order of "Faithful Service" in the rank of Knight.
