The University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest had the privilege of hosting the 32nd EURASHE Annual Conference, titled "Skills for Europe - Mobilising Higher Education for the Green and Digital Transitions".
The conference served as a platform for inspirational topics and engaging debates, addressing the pressing challenges of the approaching Fourth Industrial Revolution. It was a catalyst for deep inspiration and the co-creation of practical solutions that can be implemented in the near future and garnered overwhelmingly positive feedback and featured captivating speakers from the European Higher Education Area.
EURASHE also held elections for the President and Board Members. In this regard, Mr. Professor Valentin Năvrăpescu, UPB Vice-Rector, was elected in the Board for the period 2023-2025.
Ukrainian students from UPB also participated and shared their educational experiences and how the past years' changes have impacted their daily lives. Their speeches were deeply emotional and provided an intimate and realistic perspective on the life stories of numerous Ukrainians.
